Here's a few on my gym track:

You Make Me Feel Good-Cobra Starship
    Party Rock Anthem- LMFAO
    Don't Trust Me- 3OH!3
    Barracuda- Gretchen Wilson Cover
    F*%king Perfect- Pink
    Paralyzer- Finger Eleven
    S&M- Rhianna
    Chery Pie-Warrant

Most have a fast beat you can walk or jog to and the others are good when I'm doing strength to motivate me. The pink one just reminds me of being fat and wanting to lose weight so it's slow but I keep it on there for motivation!

I have a work out mix of Black Eyed Peas' "Pump It" and when I'm running to that, I can easily get up to 6.8 mph, the highest sustained was 7.2, I think. I play it twice in a row and then I run at 5.8 for the rest of my set.
