I didn't mean to say you were stupid, I'm sorry. I was just getting very confused... Plus I drank a lot of wine last night which I dont ever do, so my head was pounding a little bit haha.0 -
Let's just say that I believe you aren't just Trolling.
In that case, I strongly suggest that you seek professional counseling. You are displaying signs of body dysmorphic disorder and eating disorder. With things like this, it is best to seek help sooner rather than later or it can take over your life.0 -

5. It sounds to me like you have some issues with food and body image. Counseling is quite possibly needed here. Talk to your doctor. Men can get eating disorders, too.
thank you for the comments 1-4. I don't think i have a mental disorder yet since i don't cry every night or at night since i'm fat. it would be kinda weird to tell my parents that i need to see a doctor because i have mental issue that i have mental issues with food and body image when i'm fat. they don't think too much of it
You are sick, it's very clear to everyone here but you...

i'm 55
well i actually measured what one cup is. and a glass of water in my house is equivalent to 2 cups of water. so i had like 15 or more glasses of water. my weight is always like this it goes to 160-170... its so stupid. any tips? i try and stay to 1200
i don't think i have a thyroid problem
I hear you and feel your frustration. I have been within 10 pounds of the same weight for over 17 years and felt like I was never going to lose it. There is such a thing as too much water so be cautious about that. I'd say no more than 8-10 8 ounce glasses of water a day id more than enough for most people.
What has worked for me is using The 17 Day Diet as a base for healthier eating and I have added 30 - 60 minutes of exercise a day at least 6-7 days a week. I used the BMR tool to see how many calories my body needs to stay alive and I eat at least that many per day. I eat whole grains, lean meats, low sugar fruits (most of the time), healthy fats, and very little sugar. WW did not work for me but I am not sure why. I eat between 1400-1500 calories a day to lose weight. Eating 1200 calories a day I stayed the same or gained. Apparently my body thought it was starving although I am not all that hungry. I do crave sugar and that has not changed. I just have to minimize how much I eat of it and try to eat it as early in the day as possible.0
