    Also wow thank you all for the kind words, I'm glad you found it entertaining as well as informative etc.

    I have been extremely busy and have not had much time to write lately but I've been asked to do some articles for an online Bodybuilding and Fitness magazine so there will be more to come in the near future.

    No probs mate. I'm sure a LOT of people have learnt a thing or two from it :smile:
