I've been doing kettlebell workouts for a while now, and I absolutely love them. I started off with Kettlenetics, which is more of a cardio dance kettlebell workout. It's great! There's a 20 min and a 40 min. workout. The weight starts at 4 1bs which is a good start with using kettlebell to make sure your form is good.
Since then, I am with a 7 lb weight now (I'm petite, but will get up to 10 soon), and I have added the Goddess Kettlebell workout, Bob Harpers' Cardio Shred kettlebell workout, and Reebok's 20 minute workout (that came with the kettlebell).
