For the vegetarian and vegetarian inclined - (Australian) Women's Weekly Veggie Food. It has so many lovely thai and italian dishes, low cal, carb and fat conscious, all counted.0

The 'Symply Too Good to be True' cook book series (6 books so far!) by Annette Sym is great! I've been using her recipes ever since I changed my diet. She has some good tasty recipes! Plus she has all the nutritional information included with all her recipes.0
