Why do you exercise?

I exercise because I love it ... I love how it makes me feel all over ! When I miss a day { rarely happens } it honestly bums me out. The difference between loving it and just doing it for other reasons is usually because somebody hasn't found the regimen that they enjoy doing. If you have to force yourself to workout ... find something else to try. Make it a passion ... makes a huge difference ! At least for me it does.0

Forget that - who cares?
Your view of exercise is whatever motivates you to get out and do it.
At the end of the day exercise is useless if not engaged.
And no matter our view, exercise is what it is.
It burned calories, builds strength and increases endurance.
Just do it - no matter the reason.0
