    I try not to weigh in once a week!!

    I aim for first thing Sunday morning once a week.
    If I have to travel for work Sunday I'll either do it Saturday or skip a week.
    Anyone who checks themselves daily will go crazy.
    Once a week in my mind is more than often enough.

    i do every friday i would do everyday but then you become to obsessed and it gets unhealthy but someone told me never do it after eating or working out ..

    Generally everyday. This helps to remind me that being healthy and living a healthful lifestyle are part of my daily routine.
  • Whenever I passed by a scale, I have the urge to take a look at it.
    How others resist doing this is beyond me >_<

    every morning after the shower but only log the weight every two weeks. I weigh daily to remind myself why I am doing this- more to remind me of the success I've had- and to give me something to think about before I do something dumb during the day.

    I log it only every two weeks bc there can be a good varience in daily weightbut I find the numbers do go down on a weekly or every other week basis.

    Every day when I am in losing mode, maintainence mode dont weigh if i had soy sauce the day before
