I try not to weigh in once a week!!0

I aim for first thing Sunday morning once a week.
If I have to travel for work Sunday I'll either do it Saturday or skip a week.
Anyone who checks themselves daily will go crazy.

every morning after the shower but only log the weight every two weeks. I weigh daily to remind myself why I am doing this- more to remind me of the success I've had- and to give me something to think about before I do something dumb during the day.
I log it only every two weeks bc there can be a good varience in daily weightbut I find the numbers do go down on a weekly or every other week basis.0 -
Every day when I am in losing mode, maintainence mode dont weigh if i had soy sauce the day before0
