Okay Me and A Few Of My AMAZING MFP peeps are going to do the 30 Day Shred.. as for me tis will be
My second Time to Complete it But Had great results the first time.. Come on If you don't have the DVD yet
go get it or put it down on your Christmas list.. Let's Do this!!!!!!!

    I'd love to do this. I've completed it once without a HRM and had great results (lost inches more so than weight). I'm itching to complete it with my new HRM so count me in!
