I am officially down 130 lbs, as of this morning. I wish that I had a real before pic, but this one that I have here was a month into my journey and I was already down 24 lbs. I have a goal to lose another 33lbs which in the big picture, sounds like peanuts compared to what I've done so far, but I also recognize that the scale has significantly slowed down. I'm continuing to work at it to get to my first goal and will then reevaluate and decide if I want to lose more or if I'm happy with where I'm at.
