    Personally, I like to run at night - help make u less hungry in the evening which is when most people make dieting mistakes. Its a great stress relief and if u do eat something unhealthy its not as big of a deal because u just burned hundreds of calories anyway...just my .02

    keep strong, read motivational books, like Lance Armstrong, or body 4 life..etc

    I dont necessarily want to give up but i am really thinking about not even trying until the first only because i feel so unmotivated and i dont know...........but would it make me a failure if i postpone it?? any suggestions ........i dont know any advice or words or something? I wake up everyday and i do great throughout the day.........and then the night comes and i screw it all up.......

    All fat people feel this way and the ones that give in and give up are the ones that are still fat.

    I would not encourage you to give up, however I do not think anyone will be successful unless they are truly committed.
