I'll drink it black. Sometimes with my fav. sugar alternative. Sometimes with a splash of cream. Dark, Medium, Light roast, it doesn't really matter. What matters is that it's made correctly. There's too many places that don't know how to make a good cup of coffee.0

black! Preferably made in an espresso machine/ moka express, second choice drip coffee, third choice French press. If someone offers me coffee then makes me instant I don't drink it. We usually buy Guatemalan coffee.0

Cuban espresso (brand Pilon or Bustelo preferred) w/ 6 oz skim milk and 1 tsp sugar. SOOOOO delicious! :drinker:0

Coffee-Mate just came out with sugar free Peppermint Mocha creamer... so I use 4 tablespoons of that and a little Splenda for about 60 calories. Delish!0

Just plain "black" most of the time. When I feel naughty and mischievous I put Silk Vanilla Soy in my coffee. Seldom do I use any sugar at all, but every now and then use a tablespoon of agave syrup in my coffee or tea.
When I'm on a rampage I go to Starbucks and order an Iced Caramel Macchiato w/Soy.0 -

YUP! :blushing: I'm a coffee snob, too. Cannot stand weak coffee. I prefer it black; like it Mexican with chocolate & cinnamon as a treat. I usually buy SBC... :drinker:0 -
At home I like my Kenco Costa Rican (sp?) coffee, black, no sugar, half hot water and half cold water so I can drink it right away (I'm fussy I know!)
If I'm out I love Starbucks, plain coffee frappecino (sp again?) with an extra espresso shot, no whipped cream and no added sugar0 -

Before 90+ pounds ago....."light and sweet"...as in lots of flavored creamer, but no sugar, unless it was sugar free creamer
Now-It took a while, but I adjusted to 1/4 cup or less of skim milk and splenda. I now am using 2 teaspoons of powdered reg creamer and a dash of splenda!
I like a light roast and DD is my FAVORITE! K cups rock too!0 -

We usually get Tully's Breakfast Blend and use a french press. I put in nonfat half and half and 3 splendas.
At a coffee house I order an almond milk latte with either splenda or sugar free hazelnut syrup.0 -
Black and hot. I roast my own and this week I had a nice medium roast Bolivian. Next week I think it will be a dark roasted Sumatran.0
