There's so many ways to cook vegetables, you just need to learn some new and creative ways. I like making a stir-fry with chicken with lots of spices and edamame, carrots, and red bell peppers. You can add whatever else you like, but it's a great way to get in some vegetables. One of my favorite things to cook though is fresh string beans, sauteed with olive oil with tons of garlic cloves. It tastes amazing. Try googling recipes; there is so many and lots of them have reviews so you can see what other people though.
As for the Greek yogurt, try siggi's Icelandic yogurt. It's basically the same but I find the yogurt to be less sour/tart. My favorite flavor is orange ginger and pomegranate passionfruit. Fage makes really good Greek yogurt too. I sort of trained myself to like Greek and Icelandic yogurt and now I love it.0 -
