    Wow girl, you look awesome. I think I'm am where you were a year ago. I'm just now getting started. I'm 46 and have 5 kids. 3 in their 20's, one 19 and the baby 16 yrs old. I have a lot of tummy bulge..:frown: ..yuuuukkkkk! I can't stand it. Can you tell me what did to be sooooo successssfullll? I would really appreciate it. :smile:

    I have four children and it can be done!!! When I first starter I did Zumba, walk away the pounds, Turbo jam and hip hop ABS....when those stopped working I started running and lifting weights.....and obviously eating healthy :)
