    Week 2 - 218 lbs (Sunday Jan 15) hey 2 pounds Ill take it
    Week 3 - 217 lbs (Sunday Jan 22) started working out this week and still down a pound Im pumped
    Week 4 - 215 lbs (Sunday Jan 29)
    Total lost - 11 lbs (Thursday Feb 2) :bigsmile: yeah 11 pounds!!!! now on to February

    Week 2 - 145 lbs (Sunday Jan 15) (lost 1.5 lbs)
