Sorry I wasn't able to post this yesterday but I am sure you can understand why. Sorry for the typo in the topic this challenge is 12/26-1/1

Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such an inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

    Gotta burn off the 4 pounds I gained this holiday :[ from 116 to 120.

    Goal: Lose 5 pounds within a month

    Monday: sports conditioning class (one hour)
    Tuesday: walking (45 minutes)
    Wednesday: Tabata (1 hour)
    Thursday: Tabata (1 hour)
    Friday: Body combat (1 hour)
    Saturday: Running (5 miles)
    Sunday/New Years: Body pump (1 hour)

    Time to get back into the routine!
