    I think I may be waaay off on my calories burned. Between MFP and what the machine says I just don't know! I'm looking into getting a HRM after joining this challenge, so that's a good side effect of signing up!

    Mon: 500 calories burned (45 minutes elliptical trainer, ran 1 mile, then 30 minute walk with the dogs)
    Tues: 300 calories burned (45 minutes elliptical trainer)

    I found that MFP and the machines at the gym were much higher than my actual burn after I got my Polar FT7 HRM - it was the best health-related purchase I've ever made. Congrats on committing to the challenge and getting accurate counts!
