    2 parts really, really good balsamic vinegar (like the thick, 25 year aged stuff) to 1 part really, really good olive oil, and a little salt and pepper. TDF. Sometimes I do flavored vinegars and oils, too - right now I've got fig, black cherry and lemon white balsamic vinegar and herb, rosemary, garlic and lemon olive oils (plus the plain stuff) in the house. Or, if I'm feeling ranch, I like the Litehouse Homestyle ranch.

    At the present? Light sesame ginger from Newman's. Delish!

    I also love blue cheese and ranch but eat them rarely :(

    And for the Ranch lovers, you must try Bolthouse Farms Ranch, refrigerated in the produce section. So yummy and it's much more low calorie than Hidden Valley/Kraft/etc.

    I like to make my own...3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar, add herbs you like, with some fresh garlic, and Dijon mustard for emulsifier...delish!!
