Guys smiling or talking to girls always comes across as creepy.
Girls smiling or talking to guys is always welcome .... go figure!
I've heard "wtf is she always looking at?!" I smile at EVERYONE. Apparently it's kind of a creeps smile. Or that may be the lip-licking...

This day and age of FB, textng and twitter, no one knows how to handle actual face to face communication0 -
I do like when I'm doing dumbbell curls or anything by the dumbbell rack a girl comes over normally the same girl and she does dumbbell rows. it just crazy how she bends over like that..also a quick question, is there a rule of thumb for eye contact? after how many times,is it ok to initiate a convo? I mean were pretty much staring each other down lol0

It sounds like she didn't say **** off because you were creepy or rude - she said it because she's rude. Even if a guy is creepy, or you're not interested, you should always politely decline first. Save the "**** off" for the real jerks who won't take "no thank you". People like that poison the well for the rest of us. My husband took his newly-single buddy out, and he was terrified to talk to women. I had no idea that we could be that scary. I hope you try again - and have better luck! The difference between creepy and complimentary is very easy. If a woman finds the guy attractive, it is complimentary. Otherwise it is creepy.
I was always told not to flirt at the gym. Then on MFP I'm told women love to be flirted wtih at the gym because it's a good place to meet people who have similar fitness goals.
Last week I had this on my status on here and FB... I tried this theory out.
I walked up to a woman I found attractive. I smiled at her and said "how's it going?"
She responded with "**** off"
So yeah. I' go back to the "never flirt at the gym" mantra. Lesson learned lol.0 -
I've been divorced nine years. I know how the singles game works sadly. It's one of the reasons I've been working so hard at getting back in shape (because if you aren't in shape, you aren't going to be playing the game, and nine years single is a long long time of internet pr0n)
Women aren't scary. They are just, predominantly, very rude because they can be (well the ones that have a multitude of choices in males are because they can be). Men are also this way... but I don't attempt to flirt with and date men so I don't really pay attention to that side of things.0 -
I think some women like it because they feel self-conscious at the gym. A hard workout only makes movie stars more sexy - the rest of us get tired, sweaty, and red-faced. Being told that we look good when we feel like wet noodles is a huge boost.I personally have never flirted in the gym because I'm pretty focused on working out when I'm there, but I wanted to know for those of you who do how do you flirt? Is it eye contact , a smile, commenting on someone’s workout, there outfit , there progres , or do you just walk right up ?0
