Constantly invites herself over. She talks with her son & then he informs me that she is coming over - he doesn't ask me & she doesn't call me to see if it is alright.
She lost her husband of 60 years 6 months ago & I understand that the is lonely, but my husband is the 6th of 6 kids (her baby) & she has other kids she can go spend time with for awhile.
Also when you do go visit, don't take over the house. Every time she comes down here & we can't have a fan going or open any windows "because she is cold" when she comes down here. She wraps herself in a winter jacket, but is still cold!!! :grumble:
I also HIGHLY agree with everything AshDHart says. It's their life, let them live it.0
