    I finally figured it out! After being bitterly disappointed every Monday with my highest weight of the week, I realized that I am retaining water to repair muscle from long runs every Sunday morning. So I will now be using my Sunday weights. :) Still not going to get close to my goal but hoping to drop another 1-1.5 lbs by the end of the month.

    Great week everyone. We are down to 82 people on the chart! Only 1.5 weeks left to the month of Jan. Do your best to stick with it. I will be posting the Feb challenge towards the end of this week.

    As a group we have lost 269.93 pounds so far!! AMAZING:drinker:

    Our biggest loser of the week is busymomof! :flowerforyou: She lost an amazing 4 pounds in just one week!
    Sittingduck76 took second place this week with an incredible drop of 3.7pounds this past week! The weekly challenge must have really worked for you :drinker:

    Cool - so my challenge for the week is this:


    For 6 days of the next week you should have NO BOOZE! I will allow one day to partake, but no more :)

    For those who don't drink, the challenge for 6 days of the next week - try to burn at least 5x your body weight (lbs) in calories.
    Eg. a 150lb person needs to burn at least 750 cals for 6 days of the next 7 :) Once again, you have one day off.


    As I set the challenge this week (and do consume alcohol) - I will do both formats and abstain from alcohol for at least 6 days of the week and burn at least 1192.5 Cals each day. My diary is public, so please feel free to keep check on me :p

    As I posted my weekly challenge on Tues 17th, it seems fair that it runs from Weds 18th until tomorrow (Tue 24th) inclusive. I will post my results tomorrow night but I think its looking like a pass for me, for the week :)

    OK - Challenge COMPLETE! :D
