    Happy Week 2! I know that working out, changing your diet, and trying to lose weight can be hard at times. Remember though that in most cases it took you many months or years to get to where you are. It isn't just going to come off over night. Work hard and stick with it and you will slowly start to see results. Congrats to those people that have already met there goal for the month! So far I have only deleted the people that had NEVER checked in with a starting weight. That dropped the group down by 10. Next week I will be cutting the people that haven't checked in since week 1 though.

    Just as a fun little addition to our spreadsheet I added up the total the group has loss so far. As a group we are down 221.6 pounds --- Any guesses as to how many pounds we will be down at the end of the month?

    Our biggest loser this week is Sitting duck76 with a loss of 5.8 pounds!! :drinker: Will you please post our optional weekly challenge?

    Second place this week goes to mainesm with an amazing 5.2 pounds loss this week!!:noway:

    Amazingly we have a three way tie for third place this week. All of these three managed to drop 5 pounds in one week :noway: :noway: Congrats to nuttytart7702, jkleeh, and busmomof6!

    Cool - so my challenge for the week is this:


    For 6 days of the next week you should have NO BOOZE! I will allow one day to partake, but no more :)

    For those who don't drink, the challenge for 6 days of the next week - try to burn at least 5x your body weight (lbs) in calories.
    Eg. a 150lb person needs to burn at least 750 cals for 6 days of the next 7 :) Once again, you have one day off.


    As I set the challenge this week (and do consume alcohol) - I will do both formats and abstain from alcohol for at least 6 days of the week and burn at least 1192.5 Cals each day. My diary is public, so please feel free to keep check on me :p

    That is a hard challenge, but I think I'm up for it. I think I'll partake in both actually. :)

    1/16: 150.8 I really think my scale is on the fritz…. Yesterday it said I was 152.3… I tried it three times and the first time is said I was 136 I know that’s crazy so it tried again and then checked it again and it said the same as the second time. I am going into town tomorrow to get batteries…

    I dont drink so will have a go at the second challenge, I need to burn 730 a day, so far this week have been doing about 500 so will try and up for the rest of the week since seeing this challenge!
