I am really sad and disappointed. I am running harder and farther than I had been, and I know the training is doing weird things with water weight because I am seeing big shifts almost every day, but I also know I wasn't doing what I needed to do as far as eating most of the time. I will try again in February.0 -

We ended up missing a ton of people because they don't seem to know how to find a new thread when it is locked. We started off Jan with 138 people and ended with 64 people. As a group of 64 people we lost 264.18 pounds! Great work everyone.
Here is the final spreadsheet...sorry for it being late but I have started working a few days a week and it has really thrown back my ability to balance life.

Our biggest loser with percent of body weight lost will pick the weekly challenge for this week on the Feb challenge.
The biggest loser this month lost an amazing 6.92% of his body and 17.2 pounds this past month! Congrats to Sittingduck76 for being the January biggest loser!
Second place goes to busymomof6 with a change of 6.76% in body weight and 15 pounds gone!
Thirda place goes out to blondeboms with 6.72% of body weight and 9 pounds missing!
