I want to do the 7 day diet from the back of Jillian Michaels book Making the Cut to lose water weight before my wedding.

The menu calls for low sodium lunch meat, but I cannot find any lunch meat in my grocery store that is low sodium.

Does anyone know where I can find this?

Thanks in advance! :drinker:

I have YET to find ANY low-sodium lunch meats. Turkey is really the only lunch I ever have and I usually rinse it off and dry it with a paper towel. Not sure if that lowers the sodium much but I try!

I found a natural lunch meat from Hormel called Natural Choice No preservatives smoked turkey (they also had roast beef and ham, I think). I wouldn't say it's *low* but lower than normal deli meat! 425mg of sodium and 50 calories w/ 10g protein. Check the database! Good luck!
