    Though if you want to post in here that you did the challenge as well, I don't see the harm in doing so! I know I will also be posting that I did the daily and weekly challenge.

    I hope everyone had a great new years! I played an awesome round of lazer tag last night to get the heart beating fast.

    I won't be on for the rest of the day since I have a roadtrip to do, well actually I'm doing it right now and posting from my phone.

    Goodluck to everyone and starting the new year on a great note! I hope everyone has success keeping up with the challenges.

    I'm glad you've given us more time to submit our starting weights, I think many people have taken a break from logging for Xmas and NY and are only now getting back to it.

    oh you will, this week I think is going to be fairly easy. Next week, I am going to be doing compound exercises. Feel an extra burn once you are done! :)

    I did my walking lunges at 1:10am this morning since that's when I finally got home! I just now did 100 jumping jacks, and I'll do my swimmers press after I eat breakfast!
