    I am really excited about this one! I have been looking for a forum that would keep me motivated and accountable. The other ones I was involved in always die down and then no one posts after a while. So of course I didn't do anything yesterday besides chores. That was hard work in it's self :laugh:

    I will be back tonight to log my work out!!!

    Good morning, everyone. Wow, the response to this challenge has been overwhelming! I'm looking forward to joining you all and getting my first workout of the year in today.

    Yep, just post a "1" when you do your first workout this month, whatever day that may be.
