    amylou...it's nothing. could be lots of things, don't worry about it, the stress might add more.....:flowerforyou:

    me i lost a pound. i'll take it. off to the gym here shortly, been reading and hearing that you should eat some protein at least 45 mins before a workout, so your body will burn the fat and build the muscle. otherwise it will eat the muscle when it looks for food while working out. so just ate my breakfast and off soon.

    no loss. but that's okay... I expected worse :blushing: i was NOT good w/ the food this weekend... however I did go to the gym everyday... and I have a plan of attack for this week so hopefully friday I will see a loss again! :drinker:

    Are you eating? I know that sounds funny, but it does make a difference. You should be eating your exercise calories. I just follow the counting calories on this site and have lost about 12.5 lbs, but I have been playing around and bouncing up and down. But follow plan and it works. Hope this helps.

    Girls, you have any other suggestions, chip in.

    ajasiak--Give us a run down of a general daily food log....What you eat has 85% to do with what you look like. So food is really really important...

    No weigh in for me today....I didn't think it was a good idea since I hadn't had a BM in 2 days....I guess I"m eating too much protein...not enough fiber....So I'll weigh in tomorrow....Congrats on all the loses!!!!

    Lauryn, I think 0.5 to 1lb a week is a moderate goal, leaning toward the .5lb end. What about a massage?? Your body is holding so much stress and it could help physically work some of those hormones out of your tissues, PLUS feel really nice :happy:

    hmm rewards. I always go for a "free night out" with the girls aka no calorie counting... or if you want to avoid the food rewards... a new workout outfit, shoes, or (this is what I use to do...) put a dollar in a jar everyday you stay on track and then at the end of the challenge let your self spend it guilt free! :flowerforyou:
