    Well, I did my pushups on Friday but forgot to log them...

    I did these in the morning before getting ready for work.. kindof a mistake b/c my arms were all shaky when I tried to blow my hair dry! :laugh:

    I should have done Day 3 yesterday, but my arms were too sore from my workout on Saturday. I'll try to do Day 3 today.

    I did my exhaustion test yesterday...25 girlies, so I will be doing Week 4 again but this time on Level 2 Yippee.

    Today I worked my pushups into the circuits of Power 90 Sculpt 3-4. Seemed to work well since I was able to do 20 on the 5th set.

    Well Im new to MFP and I think Im gonna try to start this. I did my test and can only do 9 girl ones so I think Im gonna start and this should be good for me to add to doin my elliptical.

    MM - glad your back is feeling better! It is nice to see so many new faces.

    Well, I forgot to do my pushups yesterday! I tested well enough over the weekend to jump back in to week 6, but my arms were super sore all day and the next. So I think I will ease my way in (:laugh: yeah right) and start on week 5 instead. Somebody smack me if I forget to do them tonight!

    I started last night, on week 1, day 1:

    set 1: 10
    set 2: 8
    set 3: 8
    set 4 6
    (girlie style)

    My arms are quite sore today :laugh:

    Today I did yesterday's session because I wasn't able to do it yesterday. So,

    Set 1 = 10
    Set 2 = 12
    Set 3 = 7
    Set 4 = 7
    Set 5 = 10 (minimum 9)

    Where is everybody? :huh: How's your neck/shoulder, MM? This is just a quick post to say hello and remind myself to do my pushups tonight! I am not too sore from Tuesday's round, so I am hoping I can get through them. Keep it up, everyone! :drinker:
