There are some awesome ideas on here :) makes me feel like a boring eater!! My grocery list usually has:

    Chicken
    Salmon
    Shrimp
    Tilapia
    String cheese
    Yogurt
Low fat/fat free cheese (shredded and sliced)
    Sara Lee Delightful bread
    Potatoes
    Asparagus
    Green been
    Corn
    Broccoli
    Cauliflower
    Apples
    Bananas
    Grapes
    Peaches
    Oranges
    Clementines
    Carrots
    Tomatoes
    Spinach/salad mix

    Or some variation on that.

And I have a good single pizza recipe...using low carb Flat Out Bread, Canadian Bacon, fat free shredded Mozarella cheese, and low fat pizza sauce. Comes out to about 230 calories. Not pizza exactly but definitely a suitable replacement considering how big it is and how much healthier it is than the real thing! My other recipe is a modified chile relleno. Don't bread it, and bake it instead. Lots of flavor with the only significant calories coming from the cheese.
