190 but will reevaluate when I get there0

I'm 5'7 -medium build I guess... although I have pretty tiny wrists and ankles but huge thighs.
My SW was 204, I'm 150 now and no where NEAR happy with my body. SO much flubber going on it really isn't cute or acceptable. I think most people would agree looking at me that I have a ways to go. My first goal weight was 150- but now I'm thinking 130, if necessary 120 (lowest I can/will go- still within healthy BMI) I'm still like a size 10 and I'd like to be more like a 5/6. If I drop to 120 or so I'd be fine with packing on 10-15 pounds of muscle. The scale number isn't as important as just not being so jiggly, squishy and fat.0 -
I'm 5'7" and my first goal is 160 to be at top of "healthy" range...
eventually 135-140 is where i feel good0 -
I'm 5'8" - I started about 180 and my current weight is 136 (22.5%bf).
Goal is 20% bodyfat not sure what my weight will be.
You're an insperation to me. I'm 5'8 and started at 182. My goal weight is 145. Thanks for posting.0 -
I'm 5' 8” and my goal weight is 150. My body probably can't handle any smaller then that. I love having curves, I wouldn't want to be too thin. I have 40 pounds to go!!0

I'm 5'9, my goal weight is 140 (only 1.6 lbs left to go!!!!) But more importantly I want to get my body fat below 20%, I'm getting pretty close, but now that I've lost the excess fat I want to tone up and build more muscle. I realize that this will probably increase my weight, so once I get that last little bit off I'm going to focus on my measurements and body fat. Right now my body fat is 21.7%. It feel amazing to be so close to both of my health goals. Good luck everyone0

im 5ft 9 and a bit, i am a natural pear shape, however have breast implants to create an hourglass.
i weigh 234 now, aiming for 172, have a large frame, aiming for ultimate curves really, rather than skinny.
will see how i feel as i lose weight, my goal clothes size is a uk 12-14 which is a US 8-10 i believe.

I'm 5'9" and my goal weight is 130. I'm 149 as of today.0

I'm 5'10 and my goal weight is 154. I weighed 147 before I had my baby and it seemed a little too skinny. At 154 at my height my BMI would be just below the halfway point of a healthy BMI. Why 154 exactly? It would mark -50lbs! I'm 167 the last time I checked so a little more to go!0

My goal is 145-150, lighter than I have ever been in my adult life.0

I am 5'9" and am aiming for 140 lbs, this is slightly heavier than when I was in my twenties but 3 kids and the start of the menopause make it a reasonable target for me. Would like to know how to calculate body fat though as feel this is a good approach to achieving a healthy weight.0

My goal weight is about 120, I'm at about 125 at the moment, and then hopefully I can tone up a bit more.0

I'm 5'8", and have a goal weight of around 145-150.0

Fantastic! I'm 5'8'' and currently in the 180s. First goal is to get to 160, but would love to get to 140.0 -
Currently 5'8" and 260 (started at 277). Ultimate goal is so far away, first goal is 250, then 240, then 225, 200, then reevaluate) To be honest, I can't imagine myself at the healthy/overweight cutoff, haven't been there since 1990 right out of boot camp, but we'll see. I think it'd be a dream come true to be under 200 again; of course when I reach 200, with the lifestyle change that will have accompanied that, I will probably hange my mind.
I've already started to identify a cool reward for myself when I reach the 200 mark, and many intermittant rewards along the way.0 -
I'm just under 5'9", currently sitting at 193 (eeeep!), and my goal is 135 - 140. I've been there before and that's where I felt my best - anything lower and I get the anorexic comments, anything higher than 150 and I start to feel pudgy. I WILL be there for bikini weather 2012! Here we go everyone
If anyone else is SUPER motivated about being mega fit and sleek for summer (and beyond) add me! We'll motivate one another0 -
I am just under 5'7" and my family doctor, and my OB, say my ideal weight is 145-150. So that is what I am aiming for. But actually, if I consider the loose skin I have, 160 may be more realistic. We will see.0

I'm 5'8" and started at 190lbs, I am now at approximately 148lbs and am very happy with that based on my age and frame.0

I'm 5'8". I started at 150 lbs (my highest weight ever) last June. I started dieting and got down to 144, then started exercising and got down to 140, but hit a plateau when a very stressful semester hit me. Now as of Jan 1 (at 140.1), I have gotten down to 135.5.
My goal weight is between 125 and 130. On the low side for our height but I was 128 between the ages of 16 and 19 and I was fine, so I'd like to get back there. But, I'm fine with weighing more than that if the weight is from muscle and not fat!!!0 -
Age plays into it too, I think! I'm 47 years old and just over 5'8" with a goal weight of 155.
In my teens, 20s and 30s, I was 131. After having 2 kids, I was happy at 145 or 150. Now, in menapause, my weight has climbed up to 170 so I am shooting for 155. And I find, that if I work out regularly and eat right, that 155 is solid muscle and I am very happy at that weight in a large size 8 or a small size 10. (Now I'm a large size 12)
Very similar story, here. Before three kids I weighed 132, but was unhappy with 145 after kids, so that didn't last--it went up!! Silly me, now I weigh about 156 and am getting all sorts of compliments, even though I think I'd like to get under 150. I know I'm so much stronger now that I workout regularly, I don't need to go back to my 20s weight.0 -
My goal weight is 155. I am currently 175 after struggling to loose baby weight 18months later. My post pregnancy weight was 182.6. But now im stepping up the tempo!0

I'm 5'8" aiming for 180 lbs lost 31 lbs so far only 10 to go0
-

-
I'm 5'11" my goal is 145.0
-
I'm 5'8.5" and 133...smallest ever was 130..I have a small frame so I am thinking 120 or 1250
-
5'8 here large frame female 226 at the moment want to get down to 175. Smallest I've been was 149 too small looked too sickley 168 was pretty good appeared very thin so I'll stay in the 170's family thin with curves.0
-
Im 5''8 and 154lbs.. Aiming for 126lbs!0
-
I'm 174 cms, I think that is between 5'7.5" and 5'8", and my goal is 150 lb. Back in my late teens-early twenties I was 142 lb.0
-
I'm 5'7" ish and I was shooting for 160 but now that I'm 185 I think I'm going to go more for 150. Ultimately I'm more concerned with body composition than weight though so any weight that isn't flabby is good with me
I am same height started at 186; now I am at 177; and shooting for final goal weight of 160. Big boned but think anything lighter may be too much...but like hearing similar height goals.0 -
I started at 262, and am at 174 now. My goal weight has been 160, but I have stalled out big time. I'm in a comfortable 12 right now, but would like to be a 10. Hopefully with spring finally coming (meaning nicer outdoor weather) I can resume my activity level and get down to the 160. I have medium to large frame based on wrist size and I'm not sure what a 140 number would look like. But as I stroll along this journey, I've come to realize the number on the scale doesn't mean too much anymore. Right now I'm looking toward making my body look good naked!!! After 3 kids, and years of being overweight, that maybe a very lofty goal.
In short, shooting for 160 and will reevaluate then!0
