Sorry to butt in.......I don't have a HRM and I was wondering how you count the dvd's in your exercise tracking??

I'll count aerobics for cardio type dvd's & MFP will estimate your calories burned. However, I've found the estimates to be VERY high. I'd recommend knocking off 50-100 calories just for a cushion.0 -
Ok ladies I need some advice....
My little brother and I made a deal before he left for Iraq on tuesday. If I can loose the last 25-30lbs that I need to loose before he comes back from Iraq (Sept or Oct) he will quit smoking!!! Now more then ever I really want to do this.
Is there something that I can do to better insure loosing this weight? Is there a point where you can exercise to much? How do you eat all that protein and not as much carb? If I stick to veggies, fruit and lean meat is that the best way to go? Sorry for all the questions! I heard that the last 20lbs are the worst and I just want to make sure I do this
