...who has likely abandoned this thread entirely at this point.

often irrelevant when discussions take on a surreal quality
  • im deleting my account myself in a few minutes sorry you guys wont have me to argue with anymore id rather use something that's helpful not where you have to put up with people I have no clue are constantly argue with me

It's all good. Everybody here argues with each other anyways and it's pretty fun. Best of luck :)
    thank you very much
  • I have been taking A.C.E for 12 days and have lost 10 pounds . They really work , I have had no side effects from them. I have and do struggle with being over weight but A.C.E is saving me from that I have no hunger at all and have to force myself to eat a 1200 calorie diet. I thank God for A.C.E. My distributor has lost 106 pounds in just over 6 months. And yes I have met her in person.

So in 12 days did you burn 35,000 calories of fat? Or is it water weight that was mostly lost?

Losing weight doesn't always mean fat. You can lose lean muscle (which by volume will weigh more than fat) and that wouldn't be a good thing and based on a 1200 calorie diet that you're on now, that may end up being the case.

There is no magic pill. People just like to think there is.

  • Yes, I've tried it. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. Prescopodene worked better for me. Try and give it a try too. It might also work for you.

    Diet pills are silly.

    not all of them

what they usually are is over priced caffeine pills and caffeine pills are not silly so your argument is invalid

go the back of the line

I will say that while I wouldn't recommend them (and not because I think ephedra is evil), the old ephedra ones actually did work

I watched a roomate eat a ton of calories, (McD's and pizza etc and large portions) and lose 80lbs in 6 months, she didn't exercise either lol (but she oddly had muscle)

but yes, they are expensive, most don't work and the best way is slow and by good nutrition and exercise
