Yes!... ummm.... wait...... NO!... definitely NO!.... crap.... is it too late to change my answer..... What was the question again?0

YES!!!! is the right and only answer.
This conversation is very demeaning and demoralizing to me! Some of you are being very insensitive to people like me. I am doing the best I can and for you to say NO!!! is just thoughtless.
How do you dare, when you know that NO weights more than YES!!!!!!
Bwahahahaaaa - we posted at the same time! :laugh:0 -

Actually, thinking about it, is it possible to go into starvation mode with a YES!!! if I am only consuming 500 cals a day? And what happens to NO!!! when it's ToM?0
-
I think MAYBE should not be allowed as an answer. The choices were yes or no. Some people aren't playing fairly so I choose NO.
:laugh:0 -

You guys should really think about your No responses. Everyone knows Nos are bad for you and will completely destroy your weight loss Journey. My friend and a trainer I knew once said you should never have Nos. Also, my cousin lost over 200 pounds and she swears by Yesses. Nos really are bad for you. Those of you in the No camp must really not know what you are talking about, and obviously haven't seen the published studies here: http://tinyurl.com/2g9mqh or here: http://tinyurl.com/22avg6. Those are pretty old, but still prove my point. For more tips on a good weight loss journey, see it spelled out here: http://tinyurl.com/yjjyort0
