    One A Day Energy...daily.
    Protein Powder...M-F

That's it. Some days I don't get enough of some nutrient....but on a weekly average....I get it all.

I've researched and talked to health food "experts" ....they all say any "weight-loss/metabolism booster is NOT necessary. All use caffeine or some equivalent. Exercise can and will do the same thing for you. Just 20 mins a day....works!

I take Equate Women's Daily vitamin. and I must take Vit. D - I'm on a very high prescription of 50,000 mg, in fact. I will get depressed otherwise. I frequently take B-12 and sometimes calcium too.

Glucosamine helps build up your cartilage around your joints. It's great for those with arthritis. It may take awhile before seeing results.

Prenatal vitamins are some if the best vitamins out there a woman can take even if your not pregnant! Lol

Question for those taking biotin. How much are you taking and how long to see results? I have some but have just started them. I have thin nails that have vertical lines on them and my hair is thin.

Anyone take chromium before? My dr suggested it. Says to take 30 mins before meals to help control cravings. Haven't tried it yet because I'm just started using pgx which is s high potency fiber supplement that's supposed to help keep you full and to lose weight

    As little as possible.

1250mg Fish Oil in the AM - Ascentra Nutra Sea in liquid form
Protein - Various, but only as a supplement or to make luscious desserts!
    200mg Caffeine - Pre-workout

Occasionally I'll take Opti-Men Multi vitamin but never in the recommended dose, maybe 1/3rd or something. I usually eat fairly well.
