Today I blogged about how I've burned the most calories and totally transformed my body with just a simple change to how I was working out. Everyone knows that strength training burns fewer calories than cardio sessions but not for me!

Completely agree with AP. I'm glad you're losing through HIIT. I too burn more calories with weight lifting, only for the sake that I do not rest for long periods of time between my sets. And HIIT ...well, it's non existent in my fitness regimen, I simply don't enjoy it.0
