    Last year when I was considering weight loss surgery the surgeon wanted me to get to 140. Not sure what an ideal weight would be for me. Losing 50 lbs feels pretty good so any further weight loss will be even better.

    I'm aged 55 and 5ft 1in.

    I think you're the closest to a twin I can find. All the younger ones have much lower goals than we do, but I think 130 will be low enough for me at my age. It is a long time since I was anywhere near that weight. Check out my profile and friend me if you want.

    I hate being short sometimes! Although I'd much rather be too short than too tall. But I was TRYING to buy a bike and even the children's bikes were a bit too tall even on the shortest it will go :/ ohhh being short is so annoying sometimes.
