    Try doing 1 egg with two egg whites... I use All Whites.

    Beef jerky... I found some 100 cal packs with 18 g. Protein, 1 g. Fat, and 4 g. Carbs. :-)

    I add frozen Edamame (soybeans) to my rice and stirfry dishes....great way to add some protein and I find them tasty. :smile:

    I also like turkey bacon and turkey sausage....high in protein and much lower in fat.
