You Just Can't Eat One!

Homemade chocolate chip cookies (And several spoonfuls of dough as they are baking)
I have self control when it comes to most things but I cannot resist those!!0 -
sour cream and onion chips....
only thing i cant just have ONE serving of0 -
1. Diet coke
2. gummy bears
3. double chocolate chip cookies
4. any bakery made pizza
5. ritz crackers with cream cheese
6. poutine
7. any kind of caramel candy
I haven't indulged in any of these lately, because of this"clean eating " lifestyle i'm trying to adapt to, but I tell you, I feel a binge coming on! :blushing: I actually dreamed about the pizza last night, watched the bakery girl put the sauce and cheese on it (that's all I like on it! more cheese the better!) watched it bubble in the oven, I could honest to god smell it, I woke up at 4a.m wanting to go to the bakery as soon as it opened to get one....this is insane! I should just give into the craving!0 -

mmmm poutine... i should add that to my list too lol but i dont ever have the stuff in the house to make it... but im sure if i did... i would eat a whole lot of it!!!0 -

I have a problem with loving food so much that basically I have had to retrain myself in the art of eating. :bigsmile:0 -
1.Chips of any kind--2. Nutter butter cookies.-3. skittles. I'm allergic to chocolate so I don't have to worry about that. All of the above foods are banned from my home. I tried portioning out a bag of baked cheetos and it did not work. I was good for 3 days and on the fourth I polished off the bag.0

I second the Lofthouse Frosted Sugar Cookies. They are bakery goodness found at your local supermarket for a low price. They are responsible for at least 5-7 of my pounds that need to come off!!!
Other items:
*Soda (usually Diet Dr. Pepper/Dr Pepper) but really, any kind
*Frosted cake (homemade or storebought)
*Tortilla chips and salsa
*Kiddie-type cereal (marshmallows, chocolate, etc)
I have developed a so-far, so-good but soooo-WEIRD way to portion control myself. I have NO discipline, absolutely NONE, so my hubby locks my soda in his gun cabinet, and gives me one can a day. Same with other sweets I've been known to "get into." We just started doing this a week ago or so and while it sounds stupid, it REALLY works. I get my sweets, he knows the "rules" and I can't overindulge. Win-win situation!

It's long been my dream to be able to eat like my skinny school girlfriend (who had no appetite, by the way), because I've always promised myself I would bake either an apple or a pecan pie and sit down with a fork and eat until I couldn't eat anymore!.0 -

PASTA..That is why when I buy it I portion out a serving 2 oz and put in snack size baggie and cook just one serving......0
