ive been going at this on and off for a while, but ive always found it hard to say no to cheddar cheese, and of course, a lovely burrito bowl from chipotle. what are some of your guilty pleasure foods?

I've opted to not totally steer clear of anything. If I want it, I save the calories and eat it. But cutting down on wine has been hard for me. I LOVE wine with dinner.
  • Chocolate.
  • Chips for me definitely. X(
  • My weaknesses are cheese and pizza! Oooh and cream cakes but easier to keep away from those!

I would have to say salty chips and broasted chicken. Those are my favorites.

What's wrong with a burrito bowl from chipotle? I thought they were pretty good.

The tough thing for me is soda. I LOVE soda. I have this thing about drinking something sweet if I'm eating something that isn't sweet and vice versa. I cannot stand diet soda at all. It is nasty stuff. I can do sweet n low in tea and I've had some success with Mio, but having to say no to the sodas really kills me.

Chips and dip!!! Soda was easy to give up, bread is kinda hard sometimes, especially when eating out and god knows giving up anything breaded and deep fried is hard!!! lol

Mine is Tequila....I have a hard time not having my cocktails in the evening.
  • bagels! Not the crappy store brands, but the delicious hot out of the oven ones where it is a sin to toast them because they are so perfect...I have a sensitivity to gluten, and I could easily give up everything except bagels--as you can probably tell by the way I described them like a long lost lover.
  • iv been going in and out too...coz i can't stay away from chips and cakes....oooh and alchool during the weekends haha
  • definitely chips!

Fast food. I don't stay away from it though. I just eat it less and make sure it fits in my calories for the day. If I tried to stop eating it completely or even less than once a week I would not continue. I know that from past mistakes. Maybe someday in the future it will be different, but right now I know I still need to be allowed to eat it. :)
