you don't wanna look like the hulk do you?
I would recommend walking 15 minutes at a time, kegels, sucking your tummy in during boring meetings, push ups at your desk - other exercises are not suitable for ladies

I' ve been doing walking on and off for ten years, and I love it, I do not think weight training is for girls

Muscle burns calories. If you want to lose weight, you need to build and/or maintain that muscle mass. Girls who skip weight training are leaving out an important weight loss tool. And unless you start sucking down steriods, you aren't going to look like the Hulk.

I had a friend who would leave his badger milk unlabeled in the fridge (he got huge from the milk) and his fiance drank it a couple times and actually went on to win the Arnold Classic 3 months later. Girls stay away from badger milk and lifting weights.0

If it were that EZ to bulk up, I would have been Huge a long time ago. Women don't naturally have the testosterone to get bulky. Not saying they can't, but definitely difficult. Weights should be included in any program but definitely lower weight, higher reps for "toning". Just my 2 cents.
