    You Look Great, You have done a Great Job. I have the Distance to go, I am at the 200 mark, and 3 yrs ago I only weighted 140. I have a long Way's to go to get Back. And the older you get the Harder it is to lose. Keep up the Good work, You look Fantastic :)

    Only my 5th day in the program and I already feel 10 years younger and am no longer suffering with all day everyday back pain

    I think Ive found what Im looking for....and success stories like this just motivate me even more
