    Thank you so much for all the well wishes. What an amazing year. I'm so healthy and strong now and getting stronger all the time. People ask what I've done to lose this much in a year. I had NO sugery, NO special plans like weight watchers, South Beach, Atkins, etc. I DO eat carbs, I do eat protein, fruits and veggies. I eat a healthy, clean diet. I exercise pretty hardcore and I have grown to LOVE exercise. I didn't lose the weight by eating super low calorie either. 1200 kills me. I eat no lower than my BMR and I will eat my exercise calories. I'm 44, 5' 8" and I am in better shape now than when I was in my 20's and I have tons of energy. Feel free to add me if you want another buddy. My food diary is completely open to my friends but my profile is kept private for the time being.
