    Hey guys, my names Lizzie, Im 22 and Im getting married in October 2013, and I want to look amazing for then! I have a big issue in the fact that I work at Nandos, ,so its hard to curb my cravings for fatty foods all the time when I get a free meal every shift... sometimes two meals! I hardly have any motivation so It would be great to get some UK friends on here so I can do it for you guys too, and not just for myself. Because if I just do it for myself, I dont think I'll ever get there!

    Hi, you can add me as a friend if you like. I'm 37 years old with an almost 2 year old son. I live in Hampshire UK and started out on here at 208lbs. I managed to lose almost 3 stones between May 2010 and May 2011, but then became complacent and during the latter half of 2011 i put a stone back on!

    I started back here on New Years Day and have lost 4.4lbs since Jan 1st!, so am optimistic.

    Hi all. Essex girl here, on a quest to lose about 3 + 1/2 stone this year. Been on here 10 days so far and its really helping. Do need to go to Argos this weekend and buy scales though, never really wanted a set before now!

    I'll do some adding later - currently at work and sneakily adding my lunch calories on! :laugh:

    I need to get scales but Argos are out of stock of the ones I want at my local Argos! They are half price at the moment which is also a bonus!

    Wow you got a lot of replies there, I too am from UK (Glasgow!) and would like support etc from some UK friends. This is also my second (or thrid) time on MFP and it has worked in the past although like you I stopped and put on even more weight!
