Campbells Light New England pot toast and vegetable soup (160 cal), grilled cheese (115 cals) and if I need a little more, I'll dig into some marinated asparagus that is 10 calories per 6 spears.

That'll leave me almost 400 calories for munchies if I need them.

[-1 bag of shirataki noodles = 40 cals (in the tofu, refrigerated section near the veggies..wierd teture for some, but tastes the same as pasta)

    I LOVE those noodles...after I rinsed them...they had a funny odor :)

A variation of a stuffed cabbage casserole recipe from skinnytaste.com. I cut the recipe in 1/2, didn't use any oil and used ground turkey in place of ground beef. It makes four huge servings for only 320 calories each. I've never had it before but it smells great cooking. I can't wait to eat!

Original Recipe (if anyone is interested)

Skinnytaste.com is great! I also use Food Network, Cooking Light, Weight Watchers, Eating Well, and many more. If you have Pinterest message me and I will link you my food board. About 95% of the recipes are low(er) calorie on there.
