    congratulations!!! How did you do this, did you really watch what you were eating and doing alot of exercising? Or did you have the surgery done? Just a question I am curious because that seems like alot of weight in a very short amount of time. But you are looking good.

    How come when everyone is asking HOW you did, your not answering? How did you do it??????? I mean, Good for you, i'm glad you did it, but 100 pounds in 4 months, was it a Healthy way? I don't think anyone wants to see you, skinny, but unable to enjoy it, either!!!!!! :wink:

    Congrats. I am assuming that you had the surgery and perhaps that is why you are choosing to remain private. It may not be the personal choice of some (including me) but I do understand that for some people (especially those with health concerns) this may be their only alternative.

    There are people who gain the weight back, so although this may seem like the easy part, you still have to TRAIN your mind to keep it off. Good Luck to you on your journey!
