I've seen people succeed and fail on that diet. The ones who have failed were the ones that did not maintain a strict regiment after completing the diet and course of injections/drops. The ones that did succeed, had maintained a strict exercise and diet regiment. If they started to slack though, the weight started to come back. It offers fast results, but doesn't set you up to succeed in long term success.
