Do you alternate between strength and hypertrophy training? Also why cardio on a bulk?0

yeah strength and hypertrophy with alternating intervals of 1 / 2 months..i do cardio because i like..and because i want to stay in shape in cardiac..
but especially to do something in off day..
lol personally i dont' like my delts because i thinks is one o f my weak points0 -

Dedication and motivation..there is no secrets..do cardio and eat for your goal..in the past i've tryed to drop my BF but i ve failed..because probably i didn't believe in my goal..last year i ve changed my mentality..and results coming out..when people says "you are obsessed" you are on good way0 -
Dealift day..so tired! tomorrow off day..some cardio for sweat a little0
