^^Title = MFP (yeah, it's Monday...)
I had a bit of a "let go the handlebars" kind of weekend. I ate an entire tin of Pringles. I'm not proud of it, but I'm glad I got it out of my system.
What's the worst thing you've eaten while on a diet?
(please keep in mind that this thread isn't to judge people, merely to act as a confession-type board)

That's the thing, this isn't a diet.....you need to look upon this as an improvement to your lifestyle. We all eat foods we shouldn't, or eat a larger amount due to hormones, being starving or not making time to eat properly. Don't beat yourself up, it's not the end of the world.
Unless there's an extreme health condition that prevents you from touching a certain food/drink ever again then a little of what you fancy does you good.
I'm having the "Chocolate week"...no big issue, it'll pass then I won't touch the stuff ....until the next time lol0 -
An entire box of cereal...in 30 minutes.0

I have to stay away from the cereal aisle. It's like food porn. :P0 -

I was doing really well for weeks and treated myself to a Burger King around my birthday... okay a one off wouldn't hurt that much but once I'd done that I managed to eat almost every possible takeaway over the next 2 weeks.
I'm really scared to treat myself to a take away or anything again!0 -
The only thing I ever feel guilty about is when I over-eat with food that was not that good in the first place. Like the other night I had 2 for 1 glasses wine, and it was even good so I felt like I had cheated myself afterwards.0

Peanut butter...LOTS & LOTS of it. Ugh!! I don't know why because until MFP, I could live without the stuff. Now, I can't get enough. It's DQ's Blizzards...Large size, with extra PB cups and PB sauce! Grrr!! If DQ isn't around, it's Ritter's PB Glacier, again with the extras! WTH is it with PB?!?!?! I've never craved it before and now I can't seem to get enough. I wish this craving would be gone!0

Pot noodle and crusty bread/tiger baguette so many calories but so tasty!0

As long as I'm progressing, I allow myself a cheat day every week. Less often if I'm not losing anything. That said, since I've started MFP I've noticed that I can't eat as much as I used to. So, even on a cheat day, I eat less. And a cheat is usually one meal.0
