    Hi, i'm 24 and I joined MFP 2 weeks ago. I just started a kickboxing 10 week weightloss challenge near where I live, and we were told to sign up with MFP and given good tips on how to set it up... if anyone's having trouble with the technical side of what numbers to add in for their dietary info feel free to ask about it!

    Cheers 465, you go into tools and click on weght loss ticker.. after you design your ticker you copy the code they provide for you and just paste it everytime you make a post and then it shows up. hope that helped.

    I'm 22 in 11 days hehe. I've been on here for about 4 months. I am currently eating well and working out like crazy. Running/Cardio 3-4 times a week. Strength 3 times a week. I am not really hear for weight loss, but fitness goals (although along the way I have lost some weight lol). Send me a message if you need some/want to give some support!
