I LOVE this site. I use it all the time, and tell everyone. Everything is delsious.

    My favorites are

    Safrito Chicken stew
    Corn Salsa
    cabbage casserole
    barboca beef

It's my go to site whenever I want to try something. I wanted to make her garlic biscuits for dinner, but didn't have the Bisquick and she hasn't done a scratch recipe yet. Oh well I made olive oil ones that weren't bad.

I have had the Pepper Steak over white rice multiple times---delish. I have also made the Low Fat Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies and they were awesome. I usually don't like oatmeal cookies and they were so good that I doubled the recipe the last time I made them. My kids loved them too.

I LOVE her whole wheat pancakes. I made them for the first time this past weekend and have had them for breakfast every morning this week! I made a batch Sunday night and froze them in pairs in ziploc bags. In the morning, I just put the bag in the microwave for a minute and they still taste delicious!
