    Computer guy. Programmer mostly, also systems admin. Work from home the vast majority of the time.

    Journalist. Sit at a desk most of the time. If not in the office, in meetings or standing to take photos. My schedule varies week to week, nature of the job, so doing classes isn't much of an option for me. That's why I like running and at home workouts

    I own a small commercial cleaning business and then my personal trainer hired me this month as her NEW Public Relations for her Fitness Studio.....since I have LOST 155Lbs in one year, she feels I can relate and INSPIRE ALOT of her clients....so always on my feet...

    SOmeone mentioned working from home online. Does anyone know of any real jobs that one can do from home. I used to try to find one but they seem to be all scams.

    Technically, I could do my job from home. As long as I had a phone, computer, and all my files, I'd be good to go :) Other work from home ideas could be Insurance Underwritters, Accountants, Photographers, In-Home day care facility...etc

    Sales and Prospect Administrator for a huge Leisure Group in the UK. Sat at my desk all day - 9-5.30 everyday and longer in the sason. I love my job but finding time to exercise when i get home from work always seems difficult.
